This link will provide a map of currently active subdivisions in all of Schertz. Active subdivisions are color coded and more specific information is available in following posts about the number of homes to be built in each of them.

There are currently 2414 homes that have been approved and range in the development process from being in the planning stages to already having families in them.

Throughout our city there are currently 6411 new homes approved. With a average of 3 people per home that means almost 20,000 new residents for our city.
