This link will provide a map of currently active subdivisions in all of Schertz. Active subdivisions are color coded and more specific information is available in following posts about the number of homes to be built in each of them. Active Developments Map These links will provide a closer detail of Northern Schertz as well as the number of homes to be built in each subdivision. There are currently 2414 homes that have been approved and range in the development process from being in the planning stages to already having families in them. Northern Schertz Detail Map Northern Schertz Subdivision Chart These links will provide a closer detail of Central Schertz as well as the number of homes to be built in each subdivision. There are currently 180 homes that have been approved and range in the development process from being in the planning stages to already having families in them. There are currently 3817 homes that have been approved and range in the development process from being in the planning stages to already having families in them. Southern Schertz Detail Map Southern Schertz Subdivision Chart Throughout our city there are currently 6411 new homes approved.
