By the by, I haven't checked if we're doing this, but the 15-minute wait card have the best point-per-minute value, even if it's only +1. Are we playing 15 minute cards every chance we can?

That's what I've been doing for a while unless I get "3 coalitions wait 30 minutes" or some such.
