According to several sources, a fan of the WWE from Indiana in the United States, would lodge a complaint against The Rock and Triple H because of an incident during WWE PPV Judgement Day 2000. Indeed, during the main event between The Rock of PPV with Triple H, the two wrestlers fought into the crowd and a fan alleged he was injured during the brawl.
The complainant claimed that the WWE so a lack of security to protect its public. While The Rock and Triple H are accused of "reckless conduct" (Reckless, Willful and wanton conduct). Fan demand damages for the harm suffered and punitive sanctions.
Harris Berman, counsel for the fan, said his client was 7 years old at the time of the incident and had been seeing several doctors throughout the years for a leg problem. Only since he underwent an operation to request a trial.

update
Earlier this week, a wrestling fan by the name of Ronald Basham filed a complaint against the WWE, The Rock and Triple H, claiming he was injured at WWE PPV Judgement Day 2000.

According to several sources, the injury allegedly suffered during the PPV Basham is not that important, because today we learn that he played in a football team when he was in high school and participated to racing "stock car"for several years. We can also see different pictures of him on his Facebook page, doing races "stock car", many seeing pictures in a crash against a wall.

Basham's lawyer reportedly said, following accusations that his client had a long medical history his knee injury and he is convinced that he was not injured during racing "stock car" .

He might have got injured. It would might had paid off if he would have complaint at the moment, but now he is just crying over spilt milk

Even if he was injured during the PPV (which he obviously wasn't) it would be very hard to prove it. He's doesn't have any sort of footage proving he was injured, and really? Did it seriosuly take you 11 years to finally complain about this incident? I personally found it hard to belive this whole story.

What the fuck was that all about? Why? You mean to tell me that legit news sources have picked up on this story and they're actually listening to this guy's crap? I seriously doubt that someone from WWE actually gives a fuck about this.

He was seven years old when the event occurred. His parents OBVIOUSLY didn't do anything (if he was actually injured). So, since his parents didn't do anything, he couldn't sue (legally) until he was eighteen years old. He took it upon himself now that he's of age. So yes, eleven years is a long wait, but, as I said, since his parents didn't do anything and since there's apparently no statue of limitations on it (a time limit you have to file your complaint), then he can sue when he's of age.

That's actually the ONLY thing credible about this story. Though, the statue of limitations probably has actually expired and the lawyer is an idiot who didn't know that it had.

If the kid was smart, he'd also get the video evidence of the match, point out where he was sitting and then get all of his medical history from that point until he did football in high school and stock car racing. If there is no history before football and stock car racing, then he's got no case.

A knee injury stays with you forever, folks. It may heal up, but, it comes back when you get older.

Anything you say. Sucks. XD That's all my opinion. Why do he complain? For money? Yes, for money. Can he prove anything? No he can't. And after football (always chance for a knee injury, even without accidents, just a wrong step...) and after a car accident, who will believe that his knee got injured 11 years before... Noone. And I can't trust him. IF he got injured(I don't think), his parents would do something about this. But nope, they did nothing, and I can't imagine, that his dad/mom won't do anything if their boy just got wounded on a wrestling show. Fake story.

His parents won't be like, "It's OK, he is just injured by wrestlers. No problems. Let him live with him. Who gives a damn?", unless they are the hardest and most not-caring-about-their-child parents on the face of the world. XD

But seriously, their parents must have taken (or should have, if they didn't) some action against this. And this happened when WWE and pro wrestling in general was threatened of its existence by onver-protective parents whose kids used to replicate pro wrestling moves and get injured. So, unless his parents really hated him, the 11 year gap is the most puzzling thing about this case.
