TestX Core Do not try to do it all from the start, set goals that can be reached without boring yourself. While ambitious weight lifting goals may inspire you, be careful to not hurt yourself. After you determine your baseline strength, see to it that you reach for the best results in each routine. Don't be surprised if you occasionally blow past short-term goals. This could motivate you, and it will make you excited when it comes to your next exercise session.
