At a young age, Kwon BoA dominated Asia because of her charismatic dance moves and a voice that was not commonly found in young teens her age. On a Japanese radio show (aired in Nagoya on March 13), the 21 year old said she owes her 100,000 shares of SM entertainment and multi-million dollar fortune to - ramen? Many would think that her secret would be something unexpected, but BoA is no high-maintenance gal. No one believed the “secret to her beautiful voice” says Junichi Sports newspaper, especially when all she needs is a bowl of common noodle soup. Ramen is eaten daily all over the world and is sometimes thought of as a ‘common meal’ - definitely not something special to tune your pipes with. “I’ve always enjoyed noodles. I constantly eat out at restaurants and eat ramen or buckwheat noodles. I can’t sing on an empty stomach. I make sure no one recognizes me when I eat out,” BoA stated. She even joked that she “still looks gloomy” even when singing a happy song. BoA's latest album (The Face) is currently #12 in the competitive Oricon Charts after three weeks and ranked no.1 on the United World Chart as well. ~credits: allkpop!
